What kind of oil is used for cooking?

We use extra virgin olive oil in all of our marinades, dressings, and cooking – 100% seed oil-free!

Do you have dairy-free options?

Our menu has various dairy-free options. If a meal includes cheese it will be included in the description.

Where do you deliver?

We are a New York City based company and we serve all of Manhattan, and most of Brooklyn and Queens.

Do you use nuts?

We use nuts and nut-based products in some of our menu items. Please use caution when ordering if you have a nut allergy.

Do you have vegan options?

Sorry, we no longer offer custom vegan meals!

What if I miss the order deadline?

We occasionally extend the deadline based on inventory. Follow us on Instagram and subscribe to Hotplate texts for weekly updates on extensions.

Do you have gluten-free options?

Most meals are gluten-free. If it contains gluten, it will be in the product description and on the label.

When and where can I pick up my order if I choose pickup?

Orders are ready for pickup from 4 to 7 pm on Mondays. When you select pickup in the checkout, the pickup address for our location in Long Island City, Queens will be available to you.

How do you accept payment?

Our orders are available Monday – Sunday via Hotplate. Hotplate uses Stripe and accepts most major credit cards.

Do I need a subscription to order?

Subscriptions are not required but we do offer them on our Hotplate Store for discounted meal packages.
